About The Position

Reporting to the Social Media Manager, the Influencer & Partnership Specialist will lead the execution and optimization of influencer and partnership initiatives across all Stateside brands. This role will own end-to-end campaign management—from sourcing and outreach to execution and performance tracking—while supporting cross-departmental efforts that drive brand visibility and consumer engagement. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of the influencer landscape, a creative and collaborative mindset, and the ability to build meaningful relationships that help us win key markets, amplify brand awareness, and grow our community.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or a related marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of the influencer and social media landscape, including platforms and best practices.
  • Comfortable working in Meta and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Experience analyzing performance metrics and translating data into actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to collaborate on compelling content and campaign concepts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong relationship-building abilities.
  • Knowledge of emerging trends, talent categories, and evolving standards in influencer marketing.
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Passion for social media, creators, and staying ahead of cultural and digital trends.
  • Full-time role based at our Headquarters in Greater Philadelphia.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and qualify influencers, creators, and potential social media partners aligned with brand goals.
  • Manage all influencer and partnership campaigns from outreach through post-campaign reporting.
  • Develop and refine influencer strategies that support brand growth and market priorities.
  • Negotiate fees, deliverables, and usage rights while maximizing impact within allocated budget.
  • Brief influencers and partners to ensure clear expectations, brand alignment, and flawless execution.
  • Track campaign performance using analytics and report on insights, KPIs, and optimization opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, platform, and brand standards—including FTC and industry guidelines.
  • Generate fresh, creative campaign ideas that push the brand forward and resonate with target audiences.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives by collaborating with brand, sales, events, and E-commerce teams.
  • Execute giveaway programs to drive engagement and visibility around our sports partnerships and event activations.
  • Provide partners and sponsored events with on-brand social assets, messaging, and guidance to ensure consistent, high-impact content.
