About The Position

Tuckernuck is looking for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Marketing team. This person will be responsible for assisting the Brand Marketing team to step change the Tuckernuck Influencer Program and help grow our community. The Influencer Marketing Coordinator should be enthusiastic about identifying/creating social trends, building relationships with nano and micro creators, and executing social activations and events. The position calls for an enthusiastic, creative thinker who collaborates well with team members and can maximize results through cross-platform and cross-channel campaign execution. Experience and a passion for retail and social media is essential.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of relative experience
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in marketing and influencer management
  • Passion for social media, with an intuitive sense for relevant trends and the influencer space
  • Working knowledge of data/analytics, relevant social metrics, hashtag strategies and overall social media and influencer marketing platforms
  • Ability to build relationships and work cross-collaboratively with internal and external partners
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Action-oriented self-starter mindset and demonstrated ability to thrive and remain organized in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Motivated by hitting internal and external deadlines
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to learn every single day

Nice To Haves

  • Existing knowledge of ShopMy and LTK affiliate platforms is a plus
  • Existing network of influencers and content creators is a plus
  • Experience negotiating and contracting with influencers and content creators is a plus
  • Agency experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support the Influencer Marketing team, including the Director of Brand Marketing, Brand Marketing Manager, and Brand Marketing Associate, in growing the Tuckernuck Influencer Marketing Program.
  • Research and identify key and emerging influencers and content creators that align with overall brand and marketing goals, ensuring a diverse and authentic pool of talent.
  • Support the Brand Marketing Associate with influencer gifting, including maintaining product inventory and managing product shipments.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Private Label and Merchandising teams) to understand key product priorities, launches, and timelines.
  • Assist the Influencer Marketing Associate in creating product line sheets, creative briefs, and other campaign assets.
  • Manage influencer content and assets, ensuring timely sharing with editorial and social teams.
  • Track and assist in daily, weekly, and monthly influencer campaign reporting, ensuring accurate performance metrics.
  • Analyze revenue performance data and use insights to make informed decisions that support overall marketing goals.
  • Support daily team operations, including meeting scheduling and recaps, image filing, invoice tracking, and budget organization.
  • Potential to support influencer events.
