Responsibilities

• Support the brand’s influencer strategy by building thoughtful, authentic relationships within the creator community
• Execute influencer programs and campaigns day to day, including coordination, timelines, and deliverables
• Maintain and grow the influencer roster by identifying new creators aligned with brand values and audience
• Source and evaluate creators and cultural voices that feel authentic to the brand
• Partner with social, paid media, and performance teams to support content amplification and alignment
• Translate creative direction and campaign goals into clear influencer briefs
• Manage influencer content logistics, including briefs, deadlines, approvals, and asset delivery
• Track campaign performance and compile reporting to share results and insights with stakeholders
• Stay informed on competitor activity, platform changes, and evolving influencer trends
