Influencer Director

NewGenNew York, NY

About The Position

At NewGen, we’re a global social creative and creator agency made up of over 100 talented people worldwide, with offices in London (UK), Manchester (UK), and New York (USA). We partner with leading brands to shape culture, tell stories that matter, and harness the power of social first creative and creators to drive meaningful impact. As a fast-growing agency with a collaborative, ambitious spirit, we bring together data, strategy, creativity, and innovation to deliver work that actually cuts through, connects and creates conversation. Founded by our 30-under-30 co-founders, NewGen is an independent agency working with some of the world’s biggest brands. Privately owned and built to challenge the big networks and stale-traditional agencies, we move fast, live social, and know that our fresh ideas can compete with anyone. In fact, we know it’s the only way ambitious brands do too. We’re looking for an experienced Influencer Director to lead and scale NewGen’s influencer and creator partnerships across key clients. This role is for someone who lives and breathes creator culture, understands how influence drives brand impact, and knows how to turn relationships, insight, and strategy into culturally relevant, high-performing campaigns. You’ll bring senior-level leadership to influencer strategy and execution — shaping how we work with creators, guiding teams to deliver best-in-class partnerships, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients navigating the creator economy. Equal parts strategic and hands-on, you’ll help define NewGen’s influencer offering in the US while ensuring flawless delivery, commercial rigor, and creative excellence. Above all, we want someone who understands that influencer marketing isn’t transactional — it’s about long-term relationships, cultural relevance, and building programs that audiences actually care about.
