About The Position

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and digitally savvy Influencer Coordinator to support the execution and growth of our global influencer marketing strategy. Role purpose The Influencer Coordinator will support the day-to-day management of influencer campaigns, gifting programmes and creator partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands beauty culture, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll support the NA Influencer Senior Manager and work closely wider Marketing, Social and PR teams to help scale impactful, data-driven creator relationships that drive awareness, engagement and conversion. This role is essential in helping us scale our influencer program with structure, creativity, and performance focus. The Influencer Coordinator will play a key part in strengthening creator relationships, elevating campaign execution, and ensuring our partnerships deliver measurable impact across awareness, engagement and revenue. Requirements

  • 1–2 years' experience in influencer marketing, social media or PR (beauty experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and creator culture
  • Highly organized with strong project and time management skills
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Data-literate and comfortable working with performance metrics
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Passion for skincare and ingredient-led beauty

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of paid and organic influencer campaigns across Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, briefs, contracts and deliverables
  • Assist with influencer communications, ensuring a best-in-class creator experience
  • Track content approvals and ensure assets align with brand guidelines
  • Assist with events and invites as needed
  • Manage influencer gifting lists and product send-outs, ensuring each campaign is added into influencer platform (Traackr) for tracking
  • Continuously discover new influencers and grow INKEY’s US database
  • Coordinate product allocations with warehouse and supply teams
  • Track organic coverage and maintain accurate reporting
  • Research and identify new influencers that are aligned with the brand values
  • Support in nurturing long-term creator relationships
  • Following up outreach communications
  • Ensure influencers receive product replenishment as needed
  • Provide best in class customer service
  • Assist with ambassador and affiliate program coordination
  • Monitor campaign performance (engagement, reach, EMV, conversions)
  • Maintain up-to-date tracking documents and dashboards
  • Provide post-campaign analysis and insights to inform future strategy
  • Stay ahead of beauty and social trends, emerging creators and platform updates
  • Share relevant insights with the wider team
  • Support competitive analysis and benchmarking
