We are looking for an organized, proactive, and digitally savvy Influencer Coordinator to support the execution and growth of our global influencer marketing strategy. Role purpose The Influencer Coordinator will support the day-to-day management of influencer campaigns, gifting programmes and creator partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands beauty culture, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll support the NA Influencer Senior Manager and work closely wider Marketing, Social and PR teams to help scale impactful, data-driven creator relationships that drive awareness, engagement and conversion. As a digitally native brand, our community and creator relationships sit at the heart of how we build trust, drive cultural relevance, and convert new customers globally. This role is essential in helping us scale our influencer program with structure, creativity, and performance focus. The Influencer Coordinator will play a key part in strengthening creator relationships, elevating campaign execution, and ensuring our partnerships deliver measurable impact across awareness, engagement and revenue.
