About The Position

Lead and scale Hadley Designs' creator affiliate ecosystem, transforming creators into loyal advocates. You'll build systems, craft viral content, and empower hundreds of creators to showcase screen-free learning tools, driving predictable GMV growth. This role blends strategy, communication, and execution to inspire families globally.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in influencer or affiliate marketing, preferably in e-commerce, with proven success managing large creator networks.
• Possesses strong writing and communication skills, adept at crafting compelling hooks that drive sales.
• An analytical, growth-focused individual with excellent organization and follow-through, capable of motivating creators without hand-holding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee creator sourcing and qualification, refining the Ideal Creator Profile using performance data.
• Lead daily creator communication via email and WhatsApp, fostering a thriving community and driving engagement.
• Develop 3+ weekly high-converting hook and script combos, translating viral insights into actionable content for creators.
