About The Position

The Affiliate & Influencer Growth Manager owns and scales goodr’s creator ecosystem across paid influencer campaigns and affiliate-driven revenue. Sitting at the intersection of brand, growth, finance, and data, this role blends storytelling with performance to turn creators into a measurable, scalable growth channel. You’ll build long-term creator partnerships, fuel GTM moments, and ensure influencer and affiliate programs deliver both cultural impact and real business results. All while keeping things fun, smart, and on-brand.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in affiliate and influencer marketing with a proven track record of managing TikTok Shop and/or Instagram programs
  • Affiliate software experience is a must!
  • Strong analytical, forecasting, and performance optimization skills
  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms, creator tools, and attribution analytics
  • Comfortable working with KPIs, dashboards, and revenue targets
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple initiatives with urgency
  • Collaborative, curious, and motivated by building high-impact growth programs
  • Proven track record of revenue ownership
  • Ability to contribute fresh ideas and guide influencers on producing high-quality, engaging content
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Design, launch, and scale an influencer affiliate program from inception, delivering the strategic roadmap, affiliate strategy, and hands-on implementation
  • Drive the strategy, execution, and optimization of all paid influencer and affiliate programs to meet both brand awareness and revenue targets
  • Identify, vet, and recruit creators across social commerce platforms who align with brand voice and campaign objectives
  • Develop comprehensive briefs, contracts, and performance playbooks to guide creator content and ensure brand alignment
  • Manage the full lifecycle of creator relationships, including onboarding, contract negotiation, payouts, and long-term loyalty incentives
  • Own the influencer affiliate marketing program by setting commission structures and CPA targets to ensure profitable ROI and contribution margin
  • Manage and scale the affiliate program through active coaching and by transitioning high-performing brand ambassadors into revenue-driving roles
  • Collaborate with Paid Media and Social teams on content whitelisting, paid amplification, and multi-channel content reuse
  • Partner with our Finance, Legal, and Business Intelligence teams to manage budgets, ensure FTC compliance, and maintain attribution accuracy
  • Define success metrics and produce regular performance readouts to forecast growth and share actionable insights with leadership
  • Maintain high standards for content quality and brand safety across all active partnerships
  • Manage day-to-day program operations independently while escalating material risks or budget variances as needed
  • No direct reports – you get to lead the affiliate strategy, without managing your fellow flamingos
  • This role is in the Impression Marketing team and will report directly to the Awareness Marketing Manager
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
