It’s the way you want to be treated. Summary: Assist the Director, Patient Safety in facilitating Infection Control/Prevention practices throughout the hospital. Assures compliance with regulatory standards in infection control, quality and patient safety.

Requirements

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Illinois (BSN preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field.
• 5 years infection control experience required.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission and CMS/IDPH regulations.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Great customer service.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Infection Control Practitioner strongly preferred.
