Requirements

Experience working with infants in a childcare or early childhood setting (preferred)
A genuine passion for nurturing and educating young children
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Patient, reliable, and attentive personality
Ability to create a calm, responsive, and engaging environment for infants

Responsibilities

Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for infants
Implement age-appropriate lesson plans (provided for you through our curriculum)
Support daily routines including feeding, diapering, and nap schedules
Ensure a clean, organized, and safe classroom
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members
Support each child’s individual development, including social and emotional growth
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities
