Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience working with infants or young children preferred
• Must meet Michigan state licensing requirements
• Patient, nurturing, and dependable

Nice To Haves

• ECE coursework or degree is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, warm, and responsive environment for infants
• Support daily routines including feeding, diapering, naps, and playtime
• Plan and carry out age-appropriate activities using our L.E.A.P. curriculum
• Observe and document developmental milestones
• Communicate daily with families about their child’s care and progress
• Work closely with your classroom team to maintain a clean, organized, and comforting space
• Follow all health, safety, and licensing guidelines
