Our Infant Team plays a vital role in building strong foundations through connection, sensory exploration, and responsive caregiving. We are seeking a warm, dependable, and nurturing Lead Infant Teacher / Infant Caregiver to join our high-quality early childhood program. ✨ We are willing to train the right candidate who has a heart for infants and a desire to grow in early childhood education.

Requirements

Experience in infant care, childcare, or early childhood education preferred (but not required — we will train the right person!)
Patient, calm, and nurturing demeanor
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to stay organized in a structured, fast-paced environment
Familiarity with licensing regulations
Current Food Handler’s Permit required

Responsibilities

Provide attentive, loving care for infants ages 0–12 months
Follow individualized feeding, diapering, and sleep schedules
Document daily routines and developmental milestones
Support cognitive, sensory, and motor development
Engage infants through tummy time, music, sensory play, language-rich interaction, and bonding
Maintain a clean, organized, and state-licensed classroom
Build trusting relationships with families through daily communication
