About The Position

The Learning Experience in Fresno is hiring a caring and qualified Infant Teacher to support our youngest learners during a critical stage of development. This role is ideal for an educator who is nurturing, patient, and passionate about providing responsive care in a safe and loving environment. Requirements

Must meet California licensing requirements for Infant Teachers
At minimum must hold twelve ECE units
CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain
Experience working with infants in a licensed childcare setting
Patient, dependable, and attentive to health and safety
Passion for early childhood development and nurturing care

Responsibilities

Create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for infants
Support social, emotional, sensory, and motor development through responsive care and play
Follow daily classroom routines including feeding, diapering, naps, and transitions
Observe and document developmental milestones
Build strong relationships with families through consistent communication
Implement The Learning Experience award winning L.E.A.P. Curriculum
Maintain a clean, organized, and nurturing classroom
