We are seeking a dedicated and passionate infant mental health therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in providing infant mental health (IMH) services and child-parent psychotherapy (CPP). The IMH therapist role is rooted in IMH and CPP fidelity by providing relationship based, trauma informed therapy to young children and their caregivers. The IMH therapist will primarily maintain a caseload focused on infants, young children, and elementary school children with therapy provided from IMH and CPP lenses to support attachment, emotional regulation, and positive outcomes through the caregiver-child relationship. New to IMH? Build expertise while maintaining clinical versatility. You will have CPP training support opportunities to develop your expertise, support your ongoing learning, with specialized supervision, and agency investment in your professional development.
