We’re looking for a nurturing, dependable Lead Infant Teacher to join our team full-time, Monday through Friday. Requirements

CDA, TCC, or 15 units of ECE coursework or Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Bachelor’s degree
Previous experience working with infants in a licensed childcare or early learning setting
Lead teacher qualifications per licensing requirements
A caring, reliable, and team-oriented approach

Responsibilities

Create and maintain a warm, engaging infant classroom
Support daily routines such as feeding, diapering, and naps with care and consistency
Implement our play-based Wonder of Learning Curriculum
Build strong relationships with families and team members
Guide and support assistant teachers
