The Industry Resources Advisor is responsible for the strategic coordination, optimization, and accessibility of GHD’s industry resources, including standards, codes, manuals, industry literature, professional memberships, and accreditation support. The role acts as a central advisory point for GHD’s technical professionals globally, ensuring they have timely, compliant, and cost‑effective access to essential industry information. Through strong governance, insight into resource usage, and proactive knowledge sharing, the role supports technical excellence, professional development, and global alignment across the business.

Requirements

  • Accountable for stewardship of significant corporate investment in industry resources.
  • Direct impact on operational efficiency, compliance, and technical productivity, though not directly responsible for revenue or people leadership.
  • Influence is primarily through expertise, advice, and governance rather than positional authority.

Responsibilities

  • Administer access to purchased portals and platforms, including one‑time access links and login credentials.
  • Ensure access arrangements are efficient, secure, and clearly communicated to users.
  • Refine workflows that drive compliance and efficiency.
