About The Position

Infosys is looking for a Service Delivery Manager/Industry Principal Consultant . You will lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of Client’s Data Operations program, ensuring seamless execution across multiple geographies and business functions. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and operational excellence to drive transformation initiatives and deliver measurable business outcomes. Candidate will provide technology leadership and governance for the delivery of the programs. You will be responsible for overall program execution, timelines, and deliverables across all data operations workstreams. You will be building and maintain strong relationships at CXO level, driving strategic discussions and influencing decisions. Also, convert client vision into actionable strategies to transform data operations into next-gen models leveraging AI technologies. The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements. Requirements

  • At least 14 years of experience in Information Technology
  • Expertise in Azure platforms/ Azure data bricks
  • Knowledge of working in CPG and Retail domain
  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Dallas/Plano/Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution

Nice To Haves

  • Proven experience managing large-scale programs (200+ team members) across multiple geographies and business units
  • Strong understanding of Data Operations, Data Engineering, and Cloud Platforms (GCP/Azure preferred)
  • Experience in AI-driven transformation initiatives for data operations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to connect and drive meetings at CXO level
  • Expertise in budget management, KPIs, dashboards, and executive-level reporting
  • PMP/Prince2, ITIL or equivalent certification preferred
  • Experience of being the primary point of contact for Client leadership and internal teams
  • Can manage third-party vendors and strategic partners to ensure seamless delivery
  • Experience of driving continuous improvement initiatives for data operations processes
  • Experience of leading cross-functional teams across multi-geo locations and diverse business functions
  • Can ensure compliance with data security, governance, and regulatory requirements
  • Drive organizational change and adoption of new technologies/processes across multiple business units
