About The Position

As an Industry Principal Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options, and makes rmendations. You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design. You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line withanization's financial guidelines. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 13 years of experience with Information Technology. The location for this position is Irwindale, CA. This position may require travel to Project / client locations. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time Preferred Qualifications: At least 13 years of experience in SAP or any other leading Non-SAP ERP solutions implementation and Support programs Preferably previous experience with BI or process mining tools (e.g. Fluxicon, Celonis, ARIS Process Performance Manager, QPR, Signavio etc.) In-depth knowledge in the areas of Business Process Design and Modeling, Business Process Analysis and KPI definition, measurements and other process analytics techniques to identify process improvement opportunities Solid understanding on the business process modeling notations like BPMN 2.0 and business process management concepts, BPM technology, process hierarchy definition, familiraity with APQC process definitions, SAP Best Practices etc. At least 4 to 5 years of experinece on SAP Signavio Enterprise Suite and specifically on SAP Signavio Process Insights, SAP Signavio Process Intelligence, SAP Signavio Process Manager, SAP Signavio Journey Modeler, SAP Signavio Process Governance, SAP Signavio Collaboration Hub and SAP Build Process Automation. Preferably integration experience of SAP Signavio with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Solution Manager, CALM, Enable Now, SAP BTP and LeanIX Capability to work closely with clients to understand their challenges, business scenarios and business processes Understanding of key customer processes, such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Aquire-to-retire, Issue-to-Resolution, Invoice-to-Cash etc. Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft, Oracle, SAP), process data extraction, process data transformation, process data analysis, reporting, etc. Preferably experience with SQL, database technologies, ETL, SAP Data Intelligence, SAP Data Sp and/or programming (Java, Python, R, etc.) Preferably experinece in business process automation concepts, SAP Build Process Automation and other AI / ML solutions Ability to direct and manage Proof-of-Concept initiatives and consulting projects with SAP Signavio Enterprise Suite prospects and clients including business requirements definition, process analysis, data preparation, and solution deployment Ability to lead and design customer-specific process analysis efforts to create insights into process behaviors and process performance identifying improvement potentials Strong Client Facing experience, greatmunication and presentations skills Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinating work delivery between onsite and offshore Flexible work timings required due to remote working environment including offshore overlaps twice a day Preferably SAP Certification on SAP Signavio Enterprise Suite The job entails sitting as well as working at aputer for extended periods of time. Should be able tomunicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements

Requirements

Nice To Haves
