About The Position

This position prospects for partner locations to participate in the Illinois Air Team Test & Repair and Self-Service Kiosk programs, cultivating those relationships and ensuring operational efficiency as well as contract compliance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of previous sales experience.
  • B2B experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer literacy and typing skills.
  • Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to identify areas for improvement, make suggestions, and help develop improvement plans.
  • Proven experience handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to be flexible and adapt in a fast-moving, results-oriented work environment.
  • 2-5 years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads via outbound calling, email, and prospecting within the assigned territory.
  • Identifies businesses and locations that meet the needs and requirements of the Test & Repair, or Self-Service Kiosk networks of       the Illinois Vehicle Emissions Testing Program
  • Ensure customer retention by maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Ensures contract and operational compliance of all Test & Repair Facilities and Self-Service Kiosk locations.
  • Monitors and maintain performance and quality standards of partner locations and sites.
  • Resolves inquiries, complaints, comments and damage claims pertaining to partner locations, providing follow-up reporting as  required.
  • Ensures all Test & Repair Inspection Facilities are staffed and operating during program operating hours.
  • Visits Test & Repair Inspection Facilities, providing direction, coaching, and assistance to personnel.
  • Maintain accurate records of site evaluations and performance metrics.
  • Performs site evaluations for prospective and existing partner locations.
  • Ensures appropriate contracts, agreement, payment, and related documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Develop and recommend operating policies, objectives, and changes required to ensure goals are achieved.
  • Analyze and assess the effectiveness of all partner locations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager
