Our Fraud Industry Executive team sells into the financial verticals that provide products and services directly to US consumers. We help our customers to authenticate their customers, mitigate fraud and reduce the need for introducing unnecessary friction during every consumer contact across every interaction channel (web, mobile, contact center, etc.). By providing data services designed to optimize both inbound and outbound contact strategies and the subsequent consumer interaction, we deliver our clients the consumer insights they need to deliver great customer experiences, realizing significant operational savings, and mitigating both fraud and compliance risks. This role will sell to a defined list of strategic enterprise financial services accounts within a specific vertical(s). You will work exclusively within these accounts as a trusted partner who deeply understands their challenges and goals. You will build and foster relationships with senior level executives within the identity, fraud, operations, customer experience, and technology organizations of leading US financial brands. You will be contributing to our business’s growth in a demanding environment through collaborative efforts amongst sales, product, and engineering. You will become an integral part of the success of our rapidly growing business by communicating and servicing the needs of our customers. This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of consultative selling six and seven figure engagements of enterprise fraud solutions including authentication, identity data and digital device identity solutions into Fortune 1000 enterprises and financial services clients
  • 10+ years of quota carrying experience in the field of information-based services to enterprises that sell direct-to-consumer
  • Knowledge and understanding of current and growing fraud trends and use cases
