About The Position
Performs welding functions in the manufacturing of final product, sub-assemblies, or components, and fabrication of same.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent with reading, writing, and basic math proficiency at the high school level
- 1-2 years experience in welding
- 2-4 years in blueprint reading preferred
Responsibilities
- TIG and MIG welding - professional looking, accurate, quality welding
- Proficient use of welding equipment
- Reading and interpreting blueprints to determine the correct welding needs for each job
- Daily bench welding of several different types of magnetic assemblies
- Assemble products per work instructions and prints
- Coordinate work schedule with leader
- Willingness and ability to cross-train and perform other job functions.
