About The Position

United Trades of America is a leader in industrial operations, known for our commitment to quality, precision, and safety. We provide welding and fabrication services that support a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, infrastructure, and heavy equipment. We're growing and looking for skilled welders to join our team! We are seeking experienced Industrial Welders to perform welding tasks on structural components, machinery, and assemblies. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and proficiency in various welding techniques.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • OSHA10
  • 4+ years of industrial welding experience preferred
  • Proficient in one or more welding processes: MIG, TIG, Stick
  • Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and welding symbols
  • Experience with grinders, torches, and other shop tools
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety

Nice To Haves

  • AWS or other welding certifications a plus

Responsibilities

  • Perform MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, or aluminum components
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols
  • Set up and operate welding equipment and tools
  • Inspect welds for quality, conformance to specifications, and structural integrity
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Assist with layout, fitting, and other fabrication-related tasks as needed
  • Follow company safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times
