As the Industrial Strategy and Transformation Operations Leader you will support the industrial base transformation to drive the achievement of business outcomes through strong operation rhythms, deployment of FLIGHT DECK and continuous improvement of processes. This role requires a high amount of autonomy, and significant levels of operational judgment to achieve outcomes for specific KPI performance and strategic initiative implementation. This role will directly influence the team's ability to translate the integrated industrial base strategy into execution and sustained SQDC results at the specified target dates required. Influencing, motivating and coaching skills will be required on a daily basis. Additionally, this role will have ownership over the standard work processes, playbook development, progress tracking. To do well in the role, you must have a combination of people, leadership & communication skills, operational expertise, an eye for detail and great organizational skills. Requires high “say do ratio” as well as the ability to process and analyze data and stakeholder feedback to support business decisions. The Operations Leader will work to build a network and connectivity across commodities team, part families teams and also across the Sourcing organization - including the supplier development, quality, delivery, compliance, commercial operations, and finance partners.
