This position is a sales professional that will effectively represent Field in the fastener market. The Territory Sales role will focus on hunting to grow and develop Fieldâs presence in a dedicated territory. The position will also include supporting existing customers within the territory. Effectiveness in the role is determined by achieving sales goals, actively displaying the Field culture to internal and external customers, and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively. Knowledge and experience in industrial sales is critical; OEM and fastener experience is preferred. Location: Dallas, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas territory
