About The Position

Industrial Security Manager Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing company is seeking an Industrial Security Manager to join our team in El Segundo, CA. This position will be a part of our Boeing Enterprise Classified Security (ECS) supporting Phantom Works programs and employees in both El Segundo, CA and Seal Beach, CA. Position Responsibilities: Manage and ensure the flawless execution of classified security programs at the SCI, SAP, and other restricted and/or proprietary levels while achieving all operational goals Lead and mentor employees, perform security administration activities to protect information from unauthorized disclosure, and conduct security inquiries Oversee compliance assessments and implementation of security controls while protecting personnel information and equipment Study and implement federal security regulations that apply to company program operations Obtain rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes Assist with team members' professional development and growth Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Successfully completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) by the federal government within the last 5 years, or requires candidate to have been enrolled in a Continuous Vetting program within the last 5 years 5+ years of experience with Industrial Security 3+ years of experience in personnel security administration, physical security, communications security and/or other programmatic security-related field 1+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role Ability to obtain and maintain access to a Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and/or Special Access Programs (SAP) access Willing to submit to and successfully pass a U.S. Government-administered polygraph examination Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 3+ years of experience working in one or a combination of the following domains: SAP and/or SCI 2+ years of experience with Project Management 2+ years of experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including executives in the Defense and/or Aerospace environment 2+ years of experience communicating with internal and external customers Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process. Requirements
