Requirements

Proven experience with industrial sewing machines.
Strong attention to detail and precision.
Ability to read and interpret work orders and blueprints.
Good customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Vocational training in sewing or related fields is an advantage.
Experience with aerospace materials.

Responsibilities

Operate industrial sewing machines to sew and assemble various aerospace materials.
Read and interpret work orders and blueprints to determine job specifications.
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and precision are met.
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot sewing machine issues.
Interact with clients and address specific needs as part of customer service duties.
