About The Position

Your day at a glance You start by walking the floor, modeling ATS’s safety culture and checking on predictive maintenance dashboards. By mid-morning you’ve aligned with maintenance on preventive and precision tasks, then stepped into a quick session to refine Work Execution Management (WEM) improvements. After lunch, you partner with internal and external customers on engineered solutions that lift throughput, draft the ROI for a capital replacement, and close the day by updating leadership on ATS/Customer KPI alignment and documenting a Fault Tree Analysis for a stubborn bad actor. What you’ll do Champion and adhere to the ATS safety culture. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ATS policies and procedures. Collaborate with internal/external customers to design engineered solutions that boost reliability and throughput. Spot opportunities for capital equipment replacement and build the ROI case. Apply deep knowledge of operating systems, critical elements, and best practices to advance a precision reliability culture. Use common precision tools and practices effectively. Partner with peers on reliability centered maintenance deliverables, including equipment specific maintenance plans (ESMP). Work closely with maintenance to employ predictive, preventive, and precision strategies to control risk before failure and optimize execution. Collaborate on failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA). Understand WEM and drive improvements identified through reliability strategy sessions. Perform ATS Root Cause, Bad Actor, and Fault Tree Analysis. Communicate with leadership to align ATS and customer KPIs.
