Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent with experience
- About 5 years of experience in industrial environment (PM, CI, IT, etc.)
- Digital Experience (Advanced Systems user, Understanding of digital concepts)
- Good Knowledge of Manufacturing Production Environment & Proceses
- Strong Project Management Skills
- Technical skills on digital Tools – understands the concepts, and is advanced in at least one Digital Domain/Area
- Technical skills in Automation – Basics and concepts of Automation
- Team spirit / Autonomy / ability to engage people / reporting
- Curiosity and Multicultural & multifunctional communication & understanding
- Change management skills
- English fluent mandatory
Responsibilities
- Drive Industrial Digital Projects & Initiatives Portfolio along with its budget in alignment with business priorities and OP Standards
- Manage the site Industrial System Controllers and Digital Key Users networks
- Regional Process Owner: Digital Manufacturing Execution (MES)
- Manages Digital demand management of the plants
- Ensures coordination with Digital & IS organization (Regional & Global)
- Leads the regional Manufacturing digital team
- Relay of Manufacturing Data Manager
