About The Position

T2 has partnered with a well-established and busy General Contractor with projects in Phoenix, AZ, seeking an Industrial Project Manager. This role involves managing and directing industrial projects from start-up to close-out, ensuring adherence to contract documents including plans, specifications, permits, and technical elements. The Project Manager will coordinate project scheduling and communication, and manage resources to achieve objectives of scope, cost, time, quality, and satisfaction. The position requires at least 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager on Water Plants, Wastewater Plants, or Power Plants.

Requirements

5-6 years as Project Manager on Water Plants, Wastewater Plants, or Power Plants.
Professional and positive attitude.
Working knowledge of NEC, UBC, LSC, NFPA, UPC.
Experience managing projects $10MM+.

Responsibilities

Manages and directs industrial projects from start-up to close-out.
Ensures adherence to contract documents including plans, specifications, permits, and technical elements.
Coordinates project scheduling and communication.
Manages resources to achieve objectives of scope, cost, time, quality, and satisfaction.
Prepares subcontracts, project budget, and schedule of values.
Maintains and enforces project schedule.
Manages project staffing.
Prepares and enforces Project Strategy Document.
Prepares and negotiates purchase orders.
Prepares and reviews submittals.
Prepares and submits monthly billings.
Coordinates permit applications.
Ensures OSHA compliance and safety standards.
Oversees quality of installed work.
Manages subcontractor performance.
Direct supervision of Project Coordinator (if applicable), Superintendent, Supervisor, and Foreman roles.
