About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Project Manager to oversee manufacturing and operational projects within our flexographic printing operation. This role is responsible for coordinating project timelines, managing cross-departmental communication, and ensuring production initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, experience in manufacturing environments, and the ability to manage multiple projects while collaborating with engineering, production, and leadership teams.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial project management, and/or production coordination.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency with project management tools, Microsoft Office, and production tracking systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in printing, packaging, or flexographic manufacturing is a PLUS!

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage industrial and production-related projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to support manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, maintenance, purchasing, and quality teams to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and operational challenges and implement corrective actions.
• Assist with implementation of new equipment, process improvements, and facility upgrades.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports.
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment.
