Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in industrial – Water / Wastewater
  • Can manage project contact size of $12 Million and greater
  • Ability to run up to 5 projects at a time
  • Can lead, train, and supervise Project Managers and Project Engineers
  • Have project controls/coordination experience
  • Have been exposed to industrial waste water electrical project work

Nice To Haves

  • Possess excellent computer skills that include MS Office and Accubid
  • Demonstrate excellent quantitative and analytical skills
  • Have a basic understanding of the electrical industry, particularly waste water industrial work
  • Utilize an entrepreneurial approach to problem solving
  • Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Increase the company’s efficiency and effectiveness by maintaining financial organization and tracking of industrial electrical projects
  • Prepare permits, project schedule, PO buyouts, project strategy, submittals, shop drawings, budget and schedule of values for project start up
  • Maintain daily affairs to stay within budget, address change orders, and prepare billing
  • Maintain project organization and tracking to include subcontractor performance, material tracking, and coordination of submittals by other trades
  • Execute project close out including preparation of O & M manuals, warranty documents, and receiving all spare parts
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.
