Industrial Project Coordinator - Join our Crane & Hoist Team out of St. Paul, MN! WHAT YOU WILL DO: As an Industrial Project Coordinator for Total Tool’s Crane and Hoist division, you will play a key role in supporting the Project Manager while delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. This position offers a clear path for long-term growth into a Project Manager role. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Order all project-related components through the company system Prepare quotes, sales orders, repair orders, purchase orders, and returns Track and document project schedules, materials, and progress Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and project execution Create and provide CAD drawings as needed Process advances and progressive billing for invoicing Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of project management experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree or PMI certification preferred (or equivalent hands-on project management experience)
  • Experience in construction and/or the industrial supply industry preferred
  • Proficiency in CAD and Microsoft Office Suite; ERP system experience is a plus
  • Willingness to learn the Crane & Hoist industry and project management processes
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to customer job sites (company vehicle provided)
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to successfully complete a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or PMI certification preferred (or equivalent hands-on project management experience)
