About The Position

The Industrial Print Workflow Specialist will work with Industrial Print Directors to increase customer satisfaction for current KM-1 customers. They will identify areas of opportunity within prospects and current Industrial Print customers for workflow solutions and professional services to help justify the Industrial Print Solution Sales, develop samples as needed for current and prospective customers. This individual will demonstrate Industrial Print products in live production at demonstration phase of sales process. They will analyze and deliver ink savings and ink optimization tools as needed to help customers grow volumes and prospects to justify buying IP products. The ideal candidate will reside in the Washington, DC, Northern Virginia, or Southern Maryland area.

Requirements

  • 10 years' experience within the graphic arts, commercial print and production print arena
  • 5 years' experience with production ink jet or embellishment solutions, preferably in a sales and/or technical sales support role
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills: Ability to read, write, analyze and interpret information from a variety of sources, such as trade journals, research reports, white papers, internet searches, and cross-tabulated survey data.
  • Ability to write reports, presentations and general business correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present results to senior management, clients and other employees of the organization.
  • Negotiation skills, Positive Attitude, Initiative and work well under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Proven track record of having excellent internal and external customer relationships.
  • Computer Skills: MS Office, word processing, spreadsheets, Internet software & search engines, E-mail, Database software, PowerPoint, Excel, Color Management Software

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with, support and align with the Directors, Industrial Print Business Development to drive pipeline growth within the 3 channels.
  • Increase sales of industrial print solutions in North America (Direct, Dealer and Industrial Print channels)
  • Performance measured by unit sales compared to the fiscal plan and unit sales expectations
  • Analysis and monitoring of competitive, financial, technological and demographic factors to capitalize on expansion markets and new business opportunities.
  • Identify and develop tools and effectively perform complex workflow assessments and return on investment justifications to enable increased and successful sales and installations of Industrial Print solutions.
  • Deploy customer facing webinars and presentations to executives as needed.
