Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent – check!
  • Prior experience painting structural steel or heavy equipment.
  • Knowledge of tools and equipment, and maybe a bit of sandblasting magic.
  • A can-do attitude and the desire to work hard, have fun, and always do the right thing.
  • You can lift up to 50 pounds (because our equipment is as tough as you!).
  • Hand/eye coordination—obviously, you'll need that painter’s precision.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and reach during your shift (gotta stay mobile to paint those big projects!).
