Requirements

• Have experience with industrial coatings
• Understand multi-coat application systems
• Work independently and follow detailed instructions
• Prioritize safety, accuracy, and consistent quality

Responsibilities

• Perform industrial painting duties including washing, surface prep, basic rigging, painting, and general maintenance
• Paint steel, aluminum, equipment, and piping systems
• Use viscosity cups, thickness gauges, and gloss gauges to ensure coating accuracy
• Mix paints and coatings according to technical data sheets
• Apply a variety of industrial coatings to fabricated metal products
• Follow all OSHA, Hazmat, and shop safety procedures
