Your impact from week one Diagnose and repair AC/DC systems; read schematics; use meters (volt-ohm, amp) and an oscilloscope with confidence. Install, service, and troubleshoot pneumatics/hydraulics, control valves, and centrifugal and positive displacement pumps. Apply basic PLC knowledge during equipment troubleshooting. Execute preventive maintenance and close work orders to drive uptime. Operate lathes and mills; perform arc and Heliarcae welding for parts repair and light fabrication. Skills you bring Comfort with high-voltage equipment, including 480V 3-phase motors. Multi-craft agilitydash;you can move between electrical and mechanical tasks seamlessly. Clear communication and a customer-service mindset with teammates on the floor. Calm under pressure with a bias for action and safe work practices. How you19ll operate Respond rapidly to maintenance calls; pick up and complete in-progress repairs when needed. Troubleshoot diverse equipment types and conduct failure repairs on production and facility systems. Inspect machines, build short- and long-term repair plans, and follow task lists to implement corrective actions. Focus on equipment efficiency, effectiveness, and reliability for sustained performance. Working environment & schedule Large, active, and sometimes loud production space. Temperature and humidity vary by season; warehouse climate control is limited. Work varies day to day; schedule depends on location and includes weekends and holidays. Minimum qualifications 18+ years old. Available for weekend and holiday shifts. Lift 15ndash;50 lbs with or without a reasonable accommodation.
