We are seeking an Industrial Mechanic or mechanically inclined individual to join our team. Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with basic hand tools.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in industrial maintenance is preferred but not required.
• Welding knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform pump and gearbox rebuilds according to company standards.
• Conduct maintenance and repair tasks on aggregate and mining equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Utilize basic hand tools and equipment effectively.
• Assist with welding tasks as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
