What you will do Candidate will work fabricating and assembling components on small and large weldments, MIG welding, Brazing and Soldering, pipe assembly, plumbing and installing hydraulic and pneumatic systems, running wires and conduits, sheet metal and steel fabrication. Essential Functions: Math skills - adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing and working with fractions. Able to read measuring devices - rulers, tape measures, squares, levels, Vernier’s and formulas. Mechanical aptitude – hardware sizes, plumbing fittings, tools, proper size tips for brazing and soldering sticks. MIG welding experience, torch and plasma cutting. Able to read and comprehend mechanical and electrical drawings. Able to braze and MIG weld. Maintain a safe working environment for oneself and co-workers at all times. Perform general housekeeping as required. Regular in attendance and able and willing to work a reasonable amount of overtime. Willing to attend classes/training to improve basic skills and non-essential functions. Will handle miscellaneous duties as assigned.
