About The Position

The maintenance person is responsible for the maintenance of industrial type of equipment.

Requirements

• Must have physical strength, hand-eye coordination and endurance.
• Must also be able to concentrate on their tasks.
• The ability to understand and communicate information is also essential.
• High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Perform grounds-keeping and building maintenance duties.
• Perform routine maintenance duties such as greasing machinery, performing routine measurements of equipment, changing lighting fixtures and bulbs
• Painting
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment.
• Operate machinery, work from heights, climbing ladders
• Other duties as assigned.
