About The Position

Industrial Maintenance Technologist (PLC & Fabrication) TWB manufactures tailor welded blanks and advanced steel solutions. Requirements

  • Manufacturing maintenance background with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
  • Strong electrical knowledge; PLC experience and ladder logic literacy.
  • Hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic plumbing understanding.
  • Skilled in welding, cutting, and fabrication.
  • Ability to interpret mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic prints.
  • Computer proficiency and practical workbench skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a safety-first mindset.
  • 2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Experience with LOTO, confined space, fall protection, and PPE practices.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues across the facility.
  • Execute preventive maintenance on designated machinery and support uptime targets.
  • Diagnose electrical problems, including PLC-related faults; interpret ladder logic.
  • Read and work from electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and prints.
  • Perform welding, cutting, and fabrication with minimal guidance.
  • Record work accurately and promptly in the maintenance management system.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures; help sustain a safe, clean work environment.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and assist with other tasks as assigned.
