About The Position

We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role focuses on maximizing equipment uptime and efficiency through precise troubleshooting, repairs, and routine maintenance. You will collaborate closely with machine operators and manufacturing supervisors to ensure smooth production line operations.

Requirements

Proficiency troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Experienced with preventive maintenance, rebuilds, repairs, and lubrication.
Working knowledge of 460vac / 24vdc, PLCs, VFDs, sensors and automated systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High School Diploma or GED is required.
4 years’ experience in similar industrial maintenance environment.
Positive attitude and a strong commitment to teamwork.
Excellent attendance record and punctuality.
Pass a drug test and background check.

Nice To Haves

Welding and fabrication skills a plus.
Food and beverage industry maintenance experience.
Blow mold, Filler, Capper, Conveyors, Labeler Packer Palletizer and Wrapper.
Krones/Sidel, or equivalent bottling and/or packaging machinery expertise.
Siemens/Schneider/BnR/Danfoss/SEW/Mitsubishi, PLCs&VFDs proficiency.
Associates degree or similar a plus.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot complex automated high speed bottling equipment.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Read schematics, drawings, parts list, electrical diagrams, and technical documentation.
Work independently and/or as part of a team to complete jobs safely and efficiently.
Perform routine maintenance on production equipment and product change overs.
Strive to optimize machinery settings to enhance line efficiency to meet production goals.
Maintain reliable attendance and uphold a professional, team-oriented attitude.
