The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production and facility equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and uninterrupted plant operations. This role supports industrial manufacturing equipment and requires hands-on technical skill in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. This position begins with structured training at our Beaver Dam and Horicon facilities before transitioning to Watertown as the primary work location. After training, the technician transitions to Watertown as their primary base. Occasional travel back to Beaver Dam/Horicon may be required for support or project work.
