About The Position

A conveyor shows an intermittent fault—you trace it using electrical schematics and a multimeter, swap a sensor, recalibrate, and have the line running before production ramps. What you’ll work on Execute scheduled preventive maintenance on production and facility assets to keep manufacturing on plan. Troubleshoot and repair issues across mechanical, electrical, PLC, HVAC, and plumbing systems. Disassemble, clean, rebuild, and reassemble equipment; perform minor electronic repairs, alignments, and calibrations, including daily setup checks. Capture and analyze maintenance metrics; document work orders and parts usage in Megamations. Partner with vendors, contractors, and suppliers—often remotely—to resolve equipment problems. Assist the maintenance team leader in training both maintenance and manufacturing associates. Support continuous improvement with our quality teams by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
