About The Position

We’re looking for a hands-on Industrial Maintenance Technician who knows how to diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix real problems—not just replace parts.

If you can work on CNC machines, robotics, and industrial equipment, and you’re strong in both electrical and mechanical systems, this is the role for you.

Requirements

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with CNC machinery and/or robotics
• Ability to read electrical schematics
• Hands-on experience with hydraulics & pneumatics
• A problem-solver who can work independently and think on their feet

Nice To Haves

• PLC troubleshooting/programming experience
• Experience with Fanuc, ABB, or similar robotics
• Technical training or trade certification

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines, manual equipment, and robotic systems
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues to keep production running
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
• Work on PLCs, motors, drives, sensors, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
• Support automation and robotic cells
