Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (commercial, distribution, or warehouse experience not considered).
• 1.5+ years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience within manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical and electrical capabilities, including automation, robots, and PLC troubleshooting with minor programming ability.
• Proven ability to mentor, lead by example, and support a team in a fast-paced production environment.

Nice To Haves

• Background in purchasing maintenance tools and parts strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical assemblies: gears, shafts, bearings, and conveyor systems.
• Service pumps and small-scale boilers; keep utilities and support equipment reliable.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems including 3-phase 480V motors.
• Support automated and PLC-driven equipment across Allen-Bradley, Omron, and Mitsubishi platforms, including minor program edits.
• Identify needed tools and parts, place orders, and track open purchase requests to keep work moving.
• Delegate tasks, mentor technicians, and provide advanced troubleshooting for installations, repairs, projects, and best maintenance practices.
