In this role, you’ll be the planner and scheduler who turns that mission into action—aligning people, parts, and PMs to keep our advanced lens lab running flawlessly. Your mission Own the planning cycle from strategy to execution, ensuring the right work happens at the right time—safely and efficiently. How you’ll make an impact Craft best-in-class work packages: organize materials, develop work instructions, and specify safety requirements to minimize downtime across lab equipment. Set priorities with precision: coordinate planned, preventive, predictive, and project maintenance against production commitments. Control the supply chain of maintenance: identify and procure parts/materials; raise purchase requests for parts and contract services. Turn plans into schedules: estimate labor for every planned and PM work order; coordinate weekend and downtime maintenance windows. Facilitate cross-functional alignment: lead weekly Operations/Technical/Maintenance huddles to focus resources where they matter most. Keep PMs current: create, modify, and manage PMs in Megamation as equipment and processes evolve. Manage contractors: schedule and oversee vendor preventive maintenance activities. Elevate performance: take on special projects and additional responsibilities that drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in highly automated, lean/continuous flow manufacturing environments.
  • Fluent with CMMS tools and comfortable interpreting schematic diagrams.
  • Independent decision-maker with strong organization, communication, and follow-through.
  • Flexible and responsive to changing priorities; willing to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
  • Capable of working seated, walking, or standing for up to 10 hours.

  • Working knowledge of Megamations CMMS planning and inventory modules.
