About The Position

Industrial Maintenance Operations Supervisor Picture the start of your day: you gather the crew for a quick safety huddle, align work orders in the CMMS, and walk the floor to verify 5S standards are holding. You’re the on‑site leader who makes maintenance safe, organized, and effective—every single shift. What Your Day Looks Like Lead safety without compromise: Own the Site Safety Program, uphold policies, and champion Beyond Zero wellness initiatives. Keep housekeeping tight through disciplined 5S practices. Turn strategy into action: Understand site and company strategic initiatives and translate them into clear priorities. Help the team navigate change and implement new processes that stick. Model ATS culture: Drive daily execution using leadership competencies aligned to our ATS culture. Show up self‑motivated and emotionally intelligent to set the tone. Grow people: Manage performance, create development plans, and mentor through regular one‑on‑ones focused on career paths, training, and skill building. Deliver results: Ensure our Operating System is understood, reinforced, and embedded in daily work. Support the Site Manager by measuring and reporting maintenance KPIs, conducting root cause analyses, executing action items, removing barriers, and driving continuous improvement. Be the customer partner: Communicate and, when needed, escalate priorities, issues, and equipment status to the customer; help sustain a strong, positive, and profitable relationship. Control costs: Assist the Site Manager in managing labor, overtime, and material consumption; approve any overtime worked by the team. Run the schedule: Review work orders, ensure adherence to schedules, spot gaps, and correct them promptly. Lead the room: Conduct and actively participate in team meetings as an influential leader.

Requirements

  • Education & experience: Associate’s degree (or equivalent from a two‑year college) with at least 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent blend of education and experience.
  • Communication: Clear, confident verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical toolkit: Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft applications, web‑based tools, and CMMS software.

Nice To Haves

  • Foundational business acumen—understanding contracts, the customer’s business, negotiation, billing models, financials, and relationship building.
  • Planner/scheduler experience is ideal.
