About The Position

A day in the life You begin by walking the floor, modeling safety-first behaviors while verifying the Site Safety Program is active and policies are being followed. You coach your team during a 5S sweep, reinforce Beyond Zero initiatives for wellness, and set the tone for a clean, hazard-free workplace. Next, you align the crew to the plan. You translate site and company strategic initiatives into clear daily objectives, explain how todays actions drive results, and champion change as new processes and procedures roll out. You lead with the competencies that define the ATS culture, bringing self-motivation and emotional intelligence to every interaction. As the day progresses, you mentor technicians one-on-one about performance, training, and career planning. You ensure our Operating System is understood, reinforced, and embedded in the work. You partner with the Site Manager to measure and report maintenance KPIs, drive root cause analyses, and convert findings into action items. You remove barriers and address issues to promote continuous improvement. Throughout the shift, you communicate and, when needed, escalate priorities, issues, and equipment status to the customer, helping sustain a positive and profitable relationship. You also assist the Site Manager in managing expenses such as labor, overtime, and material consumption, and you approve any overtime worked by the team. Before closing the day, you review work orders, verify adherence to schedules, and quickly correct any gaps. You conduct and participate in team meetings as an influential leader, ensuring clarity on priorities and follow-through.

Requirements

  • Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college with a minimum of 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications, web-based applications, and CMMS software

Nice To Haves

  • Foundational business acumen including understanding contracts and the customers business, negotiation, billing models, financial experience, and relationship building
  • Planner or scheduler experience is ideal
