Side by side with the Site Manager, you measure and report maintenance KPIs, drive root cause analysis, clear roadblocks, and push continuous improvement. You communicate priorities, issues, and equipment status to the customer, strengthening a positive, profitable partnership built on transparency. Controlling the plan and the costs You help manage labor, overtime, and material consumption, and you approve any overtime for the team. You review work orders, keep schedules tight, and close gaps quickly. You also lead effective team meetings that inform, align, and energize. What you bring Associate's degree or equivalent from a two‑year college with at least 3 years of related experience, or a comparable blend of education and experience Clear, confident communication in writing and in person Strong computer aptitude, including Microsoft applications, web‑based tools, and CMMS Preferred strengths Business know‑how across contracts, understanding the customer’s business, negotiation, billing models, financial awareness, and relationship building Background in planning and scheduling Your technical toolkit Leadership and people management Mechanical troubleshooting Electrical systems at 120, 208, 240, and 480 volts Supervisory experience Electrical troubleshooting and repair Diagnosing industrial automation equipment High voltage systems General maintenance and repair Industrial electrical experience and systems Hands‑on work in a manufacturing environment If you are ready to lead with safety, develop people, and deliver measurable results for our customers, this role is your next step.
