About The Position

DNP Imagingcomm America Corporation (DNP IAM), a global leader in high-quality printing media, is looking for a motivated Industrial Maintenance Technician who has a passion for continuous improvement and wants to be on a winning team.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
At least 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Technical knowledge of automated production machine equipment and maintenance required.
Must be able to work from blueprints, manufacturer specifications, and wiring diagrams.
Ability to use common precision measurement gages, multimeters, and basic machine shop equipment.
Must be able to stand/walk for a 12-hour shift.
Must complete 24/40-hour HazWoper Training and be medically qualified to wear respiratory protection.
Must be able to push/pull/ lift at least 45 lbs. individually and 50 lbs. with the help of a team member.
Physically able to pass spirometry exam for test fitting of respiratory equipment.
Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, HAZWOPER, and ISO14001

Responsibilities

Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on production machines, facilities services, and conveyor systems.
Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation, listening for problems, and using precision measuring and testing instruments.
Layout, install, adjust, and maintain a variety of electrical equipment such as wiring, motors, switches, switchboards, and electrical mechanisms.
Diagnose and remedy any electrical issues quickly to avoid shutdowns.
Diagnose and remedy the trouble, determine necessary repairs, and tear down and reassemble machines.
Prepare mechanical maintenance shift reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and work order repairs.
