What You’ll Do: • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems. • Perform emergency repairs and scheduled maintenance to keep production flowing. • Conduct welding (arc, mig, tig) and machining tasks to ensure top-notch equipment performance. • Handle building maintenance tasks like snow removal and groundskeeping. • Work independently to prioritize daily repairs and assist in preventive maintenance. • Safely use power tools, read manuals, and interpret work orders to get the job done. QualificationsBring Your Skills: • 2-3 years of industrial maintenance experience or an Associate’s Degree in a technical field. • Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC troubleshooting. • Experience with hand tools, welding, and machining techniques. • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
